• Must include original tags and packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number) required

• Items returned without their original packaging (LIFT tote bag)
• Items tried on with no underwear (for hygiene)
• Final sale items

Exchanges
• Exchanges available for size or colour (subject to availability) - You only pay for shipping
fees
• If sold out, you’ll receive a refund or store credit.
Refunds
• Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
