If this happens, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund without delay.

Payment is securely processed at checkout. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment is

collected at the time of delivery.

All prices are displayed in EGP and are subject to change.

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by

carriers or customs are outside our control.

Responsibility for your order transfers upon confirmed delivery.
